How secure is my order?

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing your purchase including price of each item. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation by email confirming the order has been processed. You will receive a second email within 5 to 10 business days when the order has been shipped to the address indicated in your order. This email will also provide you a link to track your shipment. Clicking on the tracking link, you will be taken to a 3rd patty website where you can see the progress of your shipment. Item(s) on pre-order or back-order will not be reflected on the shipment confirmation email.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please note that if the carrier's unexpected delay is beyond our control due to objective factors, the order may arrive later than expected.

Please allow 10 to 20 business days after you have received the shipment confirmation email to receive your order. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico can take up to 25 business days. You can always use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email to track your order.

Can I track my delivery?

I've changed my mind. How can I return my goods?
Our products are guaranteed to meet your standards for quality and performance. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact customer service within 30 days and they will advise you on how to make a return.


My item has arrived and it's damaged or is not what I expected, what can I do?
In the event of faulty goods, please contact us with your order number and details of the damage or faulty nature of the product. If we are unable to replace your faulty item(s), then we will issue a full refund.

When will I be charged for my items?
 If you pay using a credit card, you will be charged when your items ship. All orders for Canada and Mexico will be charged at the time of checkout.
